Chase Huddleston
PT, DPT
Performance Physical Therapist
Chase Huddleston is a sports physical therapist who specializes in helping athletes and active individuals of all ages recover from injury and return to peak performance.
He is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified and dry needling certified, with a particular focus on golf and rotational athletes.
Originally from Tupelo, Mississippi, Chase played soccer throughout high school and college, shaping his passion for sports rehabilitation and performance-based care.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Columbia University in New York City.
Prior to joining Volunteer PT, Chase practiced outpatient orthopedics in Hartford,Connecticut,
where he also served as the lead physical therapist for Canton High School.
Outside the clinic, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their pets, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, running, and playing golf.
